A.  An estate sale is an excellent option. Our goal is to bring the highest profit possible in the least amount of time to those in need of estate liquidation services.  We provide free consultations. Sales are generally conducted over a 2-3 day period and sale set up will generally occur over the week preceding the sale.

If an agreement is reached, LOVED & LISTED would conduct an on-site estate/tag sale at the location and conduct advertising and invite potential buyers to attend a pre-priced, on-site sale using the traditional tag sale format.
